Tracking
Go to the Track a Parcel page and enter your tracking number. It follows the format GPX-YYYY-NNNNN and can be found on your booking confirmation email or collection receipt. The page shows a full, timestamped event timeline and updates automatically every 12 seconds while your parcel is in motion.
Tracking events are recorded each time your parcel reaches a new stage — collection, hub arrival, dispatch, and delivery. The public tracking page polls for updates every 12 seconds automatically. For Express shipments, events are logged more frequently.

Yes. The tracking result URL includes your tracking number as a query parameter — simply copy the URL from your browser and share it. Anyone with the link can view the full timeline without needing an account.
Delivery
Both tiers use the same premium handling and full tracking engine. The difference is speed and price. Standard delivers within 2–5 business days at a lower rate. Express delivers next-day to 2 days with priority routing, a guaranteed time slot, and a dedicated courier.
Yes. All GPX shipments — Standard and Express — are insured end-to-end at no extra cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will process a claim and make it right.
Our courier will attempt delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, we'll leave a notification and attempt redelivery the following business day. You can also contact us to arrange a collection from our nearest hub or update the delivery instructions.
Every delivered shipment receives a proof of delivery (POD) record — including the name of the person who signed, a digital signature, and a photo of the delivered parcel. This is visible directly on the tracking timeline and stored securely against your shipment.
Pricing & Booking
Our price is based on origin zone, destination zone, service level, and the chargeable weight of your parcel. Chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight or dimensional weight (length × width × height ÷ 5,000). Use our instant quote calculator to see both Standard and Express prices before committing.
Yes. Our instant quote calculator is fully public — no account, no sign-up, no commitment. You only need to create an account when you're ready to book a shipment.
