Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. AGREEMENT
By using Global Point Express ("GPX"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. THE SERVICE
GPX provides courier and parcel delivery, including online booking, live tracking, and a customer portal in our active delivery zones.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
You confirm parcels do not contain dangerous goods, illegal substances, weapons, or restricted items. GPX may refuse or return any non-compliant shipment.
5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
All shipments include standard transit insurance. Claims must be submitted within [X days — to be confirmed]. GPX is not liable for consequential losses or delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
GPX will make reasonable attempts to deliver to the recipient address. After failed attempts, parcels may be held for collection or returned to sender.
7. PRICING
Quoted prices are indicative. Final prices are confirmed at booking. Additional charges may apply if parcel dimensions differ materially from those declared.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
9. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes.
